[QGIS-Developer] "Compilation error with 3.18"

Hi, I am compiling 3.18 on windows. I am getting the error "C:\OSGeo4W64\QGIS-release-3_18\src\core\pointcloud\qgseptdecoder.cpp(30): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'zstd.h': No such file or directory". Where to get the file. Thanks Paul ___
