Since about 12 hours ago the OGC tests seem to be failing with:
File "./pyogctest/pyogctest.py", line 127, in

Spatialite being a bit of a perennial laggard in terms of updates recently.

Hi Samweli,
I was able to fix it last night with Proj 7 by doing the following (I have
a custom build of gdal, spatialite, qgis and proj):
- purge all libproj < 19 from /usr/local/lib or wherever your custom files
are kept
- Compile and install proj 7
- Recompile libspatialite against proj 7 (to
Hi Samweli,
I had the same issue. I was also using PROJ 7, and getting an identical
error. It looks like this issue might be related to this one:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/35195, so this looks unlikely to be an
isolated issue.
I was able to resolve by downgrading to PROJ 6.3.1, but

I would just like to draw your attention to issue 30162
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/31062.
I would appreciate any comments on what people with more experience than I
do think about my two different ideas to fix this bug. It has clearly been
an issue in the past as there are issues
Hi list,
Since the minimum QT requirement for QGIS was bumped to 5.9, I have had
trouble building using the system packages.
I downloaded a separate QT 5.9 package, and have been attempting to build
with it it, partly using
