[Qgis-developer] How to see log/debug messages in Osgeo4W installer(qgis-dev)

Hi, I have an osgeo4w installed Qgis 1.9 in windows xp. Is there any way i can see the log console? When i used to run in it from ubuntu build, the './qgis' command used to show all messages in the terminal? can something similar be done using the osego4w install? Thanks Vinayan -- View

thanks to Salvatore's help on irc, i got over this issue. apparently the 'isPolygon' method was deprected.. here is the snippet that worked.. mCanvas = iface.mapCanvas() rb = QgsRubberBand(mCanvas,QGis.Polygon) rb.addPoint(QgsPoint(300,300)) rb.addPoint(QgsPoint(400,400))
