I have captured additional entries for the following PRs:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42326
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42286
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/41724
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/43193
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42588
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42401
For the future I would like to suggest to create a CSV file with the titles
of the new features and the link to the PR, this would facilitate the
verification of the new features within the changelog.

Thanks for catching this. These would have been merged without the
changelog label so I will add them. If anyone else notices any missing

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42326
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42286
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/41724
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/43193

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42250 could be added to the changelog, it
missed the changelog tags.
There's also a typo on the category 's/Digitising/Digitizing/'
Best regards,

Hello Tim et. al.
I think the changelog is pretty good explained and visualized. The use of
animation is a great help in some of the entries. Even though I use to live
in Odense, after reading the changelog a better name than QGIS 3.20 Odense
might be QGIS 3.20 Nyall Dawson.
