Windows x64 2.0.1-2 install here - the Oracle dialog works fine. I didn't
use the OSGEO installer but instead used the standalone one. Worth trying
that?

gdal 1.10), installed with OSGEO4W here.
I get a error message "Impossible to obtain Oracle selection dialog from
provider".
32 bits versions does well (revision 341139bc, gdal 1.9.2).
