qgis translator. I came to this idea. I know that the last version was named
after the mine in Chile, where the accident happened. What do you think

at times of 1.4 we did have the scheme of naming after moons of planets ..
to my knowledge showing support for desasters started with 1.6 Copiapo
So 1.7 would be the next ..
the only thing I probably dislike is that .. releases of QGIS will get
always connected to desasters .. Is this good

I would strongly prefer to use names that connect QGIS releases with
some positive feelings.

time.
I think there are other ways to declare our solidarity with the
Japanese people.
I thought we already decided on 'Wroclaw' as the next name?

"Copiapó" had nothing to do with negative feelings... on the contrary it
was suggested because after all it was a location know everywhere for
positive reasons... the miners were rescued :)

Just small remark: Wrocław is properly spelled Wrocław (requires an
unicode character). I've fixed it.
Hopefully it won't make any trobubles on some American operating systems or
so...

Btw. Is there a bug I'm not aware? The installer should now cope with unicode
in paths, doesn't it?
