Hi Matteo, What is the status of WITH_QWTPOLAR and WITH_INTERNAL_QWTPOLAR on Ubuntu you will probably have to set them both to TRUE or set WITH_QWTPOLAR to FALSE (in which case, if you still experience troubles you may have to delete the variables QWTPOLAR_INCLUDE_DIR and QWTPOLAR_LIBRARY. Deleti
