Where should it be located?
I fear there was some problem with packages upgrading, but I can't find out
where.

If I'm not wrong you're searching only in your home folder...
That file is required by gui.sip
is „set“ to QSCI_SIP_DIR-NOTFOUND.
What is this good for btw ?
