I have made a commit a few minutes ago, which hopefully fixes all
those problems with saga
the tagged 2.0 version is affected by these problem, but let's see if
we can add this change, since it is an important one and will nto
break anything, so i guess it is safe (and much needed) to a

it seems that the check for saga in sextante is not working anymore
also on Windows (it wasn't working on Linux), not sure if also the
code tagged for the 2.0 release is affected.
