Hi Reginald, pip and setuptools are both available through the OSGeo4W installer. You might as well try to use the OSGeo4W-Shell and not the default Windows CMD to install further python modules through pip or setuptools. Using the OSGeo4W-Shell takes care for setting up the right environment

Hi, Maybe this question should be posted to the development mailinglist but as I am not subscribed there I post it here. I have written a python script that depends on external python packages (python-docx, pymssq, and others). When I am trying to deploy it on other computers, where there is a
