simply as lines and then use one of the line>polygon tools in QGIS, GRASS or
SAGA. Advantages are that you only digitise the lines once (much quicker, no
double digitising) and so only

This is a classic digitizing issue that can be corrected with GRAS as Harrisou
suggests. If the layer does not get cleaned during the import process, you can
use the grass functions v.build and v.clean to fix the digitizing slivers and
incomplete intersections.

dargli in pasto elenchi enormi non li riesce ad elaborare si blocca e da
risultato 0,
ho risolto dividendo il mio csv con gli indirizzi in piu csv con massimo

Many thanks to Micha Silver -2.
I have found that hiding directories from the browser has apparently stopped
all my issues with " Qgis not responding" hangups. I have got all my QGIS
projects on one hard drive so I have hidden everything but that drive,
including hiding the C drive.
