[Qgis-user] display welcome page again

Hi there, I wonder, if there is a way (a key combination or menu) to display the welcome page again after opening/starting a project? Is it possible to make it show up again from inside QGIS or just only at program start? I was not able to find such a clue anywhere so far, but would love to
