Hi all,
I have a Postgis server that only allows SSL connections (also on port
5432). While I can easily connect to it using psql or pgadmin3, it seems
like QGIS can't connect using SSL. Is there a compile option to add SSL
support to the Postgis driver?
If this functionality is still missing,

Sometimes I am a Windows user (if I have to). But some of the other users
using the same server are also Windows users. I mainly use Linux at work
and MacOSX on my private notebook.
Why? Does the Windows QGIS version support SSL?

Sorry but not!
It's an item in my ToDo List. I must compile OpenSSL, PostgreSQL with OpenSSL
support, and then GDAL, GRASS (both with PostgreSQL and SQLite support) and,
finally, QGIS.
Since it's a long work, I put this ToDo item
