next release) try to fall back on the default theme if it finds icons
are missing. Glad you got it worked out!

I installed QGis 0.11 on windows.
I'm using the "nkids" skin, and I seen folder "themes/nkids/grass" there
isn't.
I needed copying the folder "grass" from "themes/default" to themes/nkids.
