append a little description of what each plugin do, like at the bottom of the
window or as comment over the mouse when we look at the list?

The plugin needs gdal16-python: is this inclulded in the package (sorry, no win
here to test -
feedback welcome).

deadline for GUI translations are set to one week prior each new QGIS
release.

Honestly, I can't meet these deadlines sometimes. And I don't know why

Personally I expect a new release after the next Hackfest in Vienna so
theres nearly a month from now on. (But maybe I'm wrong)
