John beat me too it, but to clarify: the frameworks are meant to be used by ALL the end-products (Qgis, GRASS, PostGIS, MapServer, ...), so if you have GRASS installed, it implies you have the frameworks (GRASS uses a couple more than Qgis), so all you need to do is install Qgis. It wouldn't hu

Hi Ivan, The installation method using the frameworks from the dependency link you provided is really the simplest way to go. Certainly, you can try to do it with your own dependency builds, but William Kyngesburye provides frequent updates and a greatly simplified process through his binaries.
