Benoit, I never used OSGEO4W, I only work on Linux workstations. Like says here http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-python, you need to install modules under the osgeo4w python directory, then effectively the .exe file provided by shapely won't work, sorry for the mistake :( Maybe playing

Hi everyone. I'm trying to promote QGIS in Malaysia particularly among govt.agencies. I want to create a slope analysis showing 4 class levels of slope gradient so that it can help in processing planning applications by local planning authorities. How does one go about using QGIS to create it?
