I have built QGIS from source - r14877M
When I install the AutoGCP plugin ver 0.5 the plugin manager indicates
that ver 0.4 is installed.
I can remove the plugin but if I re-install it ver 0.4 appears to be
installed

Could you supply an example text file that causes this and the settings you
used to import.
I recently provided a patch to the delimited text plugin to read wkt columns,
so problem may be related to this?
