Hi Ara,
We would need to know a few more details:
* Did you use the old or the new labeling? The one in the layer
properties tab (the old) or the one with the ABC button in the
labeling toolbar with a separate dialogue (the new)?
* Are you able to use the same QGIS project on a different
Needs a new version, try compiling one using the material / code mentioned.

I can confirm the same problem on Ubuntu 10.10 64 bit, using QGIS 1.7.
Changing colors or using style templates causes random crashes. I had the
same issue already on QGIS 1.6.

Hi,
I'm sorry, but I'm really unable to make work ECW on Windows XP and QGIS
1.7.0... I tried a fresh install from OSGEO4W on a new computer, but
impossible to open ECW files... I'have followed this procedure :
http://georezo.net/wiki/main/logiciels/qgis/installation
And tried with V80, V90
I think the problem is the version of ECW SDK. We need 4.1 and now I only
can get the 4.2 version by ERDAS. Has anyone a link to download ERDAS ECW
SDK 4.1 ??
Thanks

Any idea what I've missed?

Hi,
I wanted to know if it was possible to embed one gis object inside another. For
