The OGC WMS 1.3.0 spec says that:
VERSION=version is OPTIONAL
SERVICE=WMS is MANDATORY
REQUEST=GetCapabilities is MANDATORY
So the versions complaining about missing REQUEST parameter are actually
correct (i.e. compliant).

Hi
I am trying to join (link)the attribute table to a layer(shapefile)
automatically in QGIS with a script in python.

Hi
It seems that qgis server (yesterday's master) calculates wrong bounding box
values for raster layers (e.g. for the GetCapabilities request). Can anyone
confirm?
