Thanks to all, but I don't be able to install any plugins
I get again this message
Scompattazione (unzip) del plugin non riuscita. Probabilmente l'archivio è
corrotto o non esiste nel repository. Controllare i permessi in scrittura
della cartella dei plugin:

It's something like this:
Unpack (unzip) the plugin failed. Probably the file is corrupted or does
not exist in the repository. Check the write permissions of the folder of
plugins:
/ home / sergio / .qgis / / python / plugins

Hi Sergio,
it seem you don't own .qgis directory in your home dir:
type in a terminal window (Ctrl+Alt+T keyboard shortcut ...)
ls -la /home/sergio/ | grep .qgis
and see results.
In case, to change the owner of the .qgis dir type in a terminal window:
sudo chown -R sergio:sergio
Did you give the writing permission as requested ?
sudo chmod -R 777 /home/sergio/.qgis/python/plugins

Must I create the folders?

Try to use sudo.
e.g.
sudo nautilus
then you can just drop anything
There is no python component (PyQt and SIP) included in qgis android,
hence no qgis plugins.
It would have been good if QGIS will move to newer mechanism for
python component that is compatible with pyside, then it is easier or
feasible to have qgis python plugins in QGIS android.

Hello,
I have following problem:
When I try to open project properties in QGis or set CRS of a layer, QGis
crashes. I use Windows 7.
This happens in QGis Desktop 1.8, development version 1.9.0.34 and also in
browser, when I try to set layer CRS.
Apart from this, everything works just fine - I can
Actually I had that same problem after installing qgis to a new
machine. It seems that the python/plugins folder is not created when
it is absent. This deserves a bug report.

Hi all,
Updating to OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) caused malfunction of GdalTools and
other modules apparently due to python module errors (osgeo module?) both
in QGIS 1.8 and 1.9, any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Morelia,
There was a report that the Mtn Lion installer removes Python modules that were
installed in Lion. Try running the GDAL Complete installer again.
