Hi Alexandre,
I used it quite a few times this week and it looks good. This was a much
needed tool for digitization(nobody like to export new layer for just
splitting a couple of features..right?).
It would be great if you can update it to the latest Qgis version(1.9). It
would also be useful
Hi everyone,
When trying to use the qgis libraries from an external script (that
is, a script running not within the context of the embedded console of
QGIS), I get only a severely limited selection of available data
providers. A number of libraries that load fine from inside the
context of QGIS'
Hi,
We have a number of vector information data stored in a SDL format. Even
though currently QGIS is unable to open such data, I would be very glad to
get any information on any desktop software that could be used to convert
this data to the SHP to import it into QGIS. We have tried FME but it
about clearing the
current selection when splitting is complete?
Once again, thanks for this nice tool.
Thank you,
Vinayan

Hi Everyone,

I create the connection, and try to connect but it gives me:
Could not understand the response. The wms provider said:
Hi Alex,
It does not work with latest version due to the API changes(example,
feature.attributeMap() is deprecated now). I think by referring existing
fTools you can easily adapt your code to latest changes.
I think it would be enough to show something in the information bar.

Dear Alexandre Neto,
Thank you so much for this plugin!
This is one of those tools that should always be present in a GIS software!
Once it appeared in the repository I've download it and I'm using it since
then. It works like a charm! It should belong in the core edit tools of
QGIS.
The only
Hi Peter,

Why -f? You shouldn't,
Have you set up the QGIS network/proxy settings correctly?
Is QGIS setup to be allowed through the Windows firewall?
look into general properties, in the last tab, network.
How do I set up the QGIS network/proxy settings correctly?

Thx in advance.. as I said I can open them
Try setting QGIS_PREFIX_PATH=/usr
Then make sure the path to the QGIS libs is either configured in
ld.so.conf.d/ or LD_LIBRARY_PATH
In my case, I have QGIS installed in /home/gsherman/qgis_master and this
sequence works:
From the shell:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/gsherman/qgis_master/lib
