Problem solved.
The problem was in using FastCGI. Not CGI as written in installation
guidelines. Jus needed to upgrade timeout values.

I have a problem with the manageR plugin.
Simply, it doesn't load the attribute table of the shapefile when I
press Ctrl+T. It appears *manageR import function* but nothing happens.
