Deleting OSGeo4W by pressing the delete button on the folder and reinstalling OSGeo4W solved the problem. Reinstalling on top of an existing OSGeo4W did not work. -- View this message in context:

In a previous email I complained about Rasterlite getting absolute paths in QGIS, which prevents me from porting the project to other computers... Since I found no other solution, I wrote a python script that amends an original rasterlite database path to the actual rasterlite database path
