I've been going through our installation instructions on the wiki:

There is one thing I don't quite understand: Only if I want to install
QGIS with updated dependencies, the instructions tell me to install
Deleting OSGeo4W by pressing the delete button on the folder and reinstalling
OSGeo4W solved the problem.
Reinstalling on top of an existing OSGeo4W did not work.

In a previous email I complained about Rasterlite getting absolute paths
