Hi, I am not sure you need GIS tools (such as QGIS) to do this kind of thing, which is fairly routin in the meteorological/climate research field. My advice would be to convert the TRMM data to a single netcdf file (which is much more suited for temporal + spatial datasets), and then process the

Hello Sarah, I believe its a Coordinate System Problem. You data is probably in a Geographic CRS (Lat Long). That means that using field calculator the measuring are being made in Degree instead of meters. Best way to do what you need is to reproject your data in some Projected CRS (choose a
