Hmmm, I did that - no effect. I can see the processing toolbox, just
no NTv2... The same thing happens on a second computer as well -
similar configuration (Win 8.1, 64 bit, QGIS 2.10...)

Not sure what to do... both where upgrades? Have you tried reinstalling just
the NTv2 plugin? The NTv2 datum plugin is for the processing toolbox so I may
be that it needs reinstalling. Did you loose other plugins during the upgrade?
