Hello Richard, Will try this also.  I use DesignCAD 3D, so no fancy addons but I can manually rotate and shift the vectors to fit the two tie points.  I'm creating the vector file in a spreadsheet with distance and bearing entries so will explore closure and transformation there too.

Hi, There is one sure way to do this, Use your CAD Package to align the property survey to the correct CRS, using two common points. What CAD Package are you using, if you have AutoCAD, then you can use the align command to preform this, I assume that other packages have similar commands! There
