Hi Anita
I tried to configure this OpenSeaMap map and it's being added.
See my configuration below [2].
When zooming in/out the plugin reports that tiles are loaded, but I
even don't get confetti; only an empty screen.
On the other hand I could succesfully load some of the TMS services I

Hi,
My guess is that 83.320587 can't be represented using a base 2 number.
Qgis is showing you the closest match. Computer work with base 2 and we
normally think in terms of base 10.

I just opened a raster layer (asci layer), with real numbers with 6
decimals.
When click with the 'Identify Features' tool on a raster cell it shows many
more decimals, e.g., 83.32058715820312 for a raster cell that has value
83.320587 (as can be easily checked by opening the layer as text file).

I hate to ask, I was checking fedora last night and they are up to at
least gdal 2.0. Osgeo4w is at 2.02. Ubuntu seems to be in a happy spot
with 1.11.2. Are there any plans to move to gdal 2.0 on Ubuntu/UbuntuGIS

A quick point to follow on...
It is possible to flip the order of vector values, e.g. categorised
point data, by clicking on the values tab. However, the same operation
does not work 2.10, 2.12 for raster data - irrespective of a
continuous or equal interval.
Seems this feature has been queried a
Hi Radim,
Thanks for your kind reply...unfortunately i tried your suggestion (as i

Jonah,
To add to my previous email, I have had a look at the *.qml or style

Jonah,
I not sure if this is what you want, but in QGIS 2.14 you can set all of
these using the Layer properties under Labels, it was in previous
versions also.
I have used this previously to set label locations & rotation under
Placement.
I noticed also that you can also specify Shadows, Scale
