Mi auto correggo... Avevo selezionato "Print as raster" nella sezione "Export settings" delle importazione del layout. Una volta deselezionato, il testo diventa selezionabile e gli indirizzi URL solo cliccabili. Noto però che funziona solamente con gli URL espliciti, cioè inserendo ad es.
