Hi,
what is the version of macOS and which installer did you use?
Maybe same issue as https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/31906?

Grazie,
ad ogni modo:
1) Leggo sempre le licenze d’uso
2) Sapevo della scala.
Se può essere utile:
Risolto il problema impostano il progetto come EPSG:4258

Hi all-
I've installed QGIS 3.4 on my Mac. I don't have any vector or processing
menu. In the plugins menu under "settings" I have the following:
"The settings on this tab are only applicable for Python Plugins. No python
support detected, thus no settings available".
I do have python 3.6
Not really, except something wrong happens in Python.
The plugin manager window is C++ itself, however, when you click to open it,
it calls that Python function from your first error message to fetch Python
plugins from the repository. When the plugin list is ready, Python calls back

Grazie mille!

1) devi usare layer contenuti in db spatialite o postgis perché siano editabili

You can have:

Hi,
Geopackage is an Exchange format. Is not affordable in a multiuser data
entry environment.
This require a dbms like postgres + postfis.
