nel CSV ci sono tre oggetti geometrici:
- i punti x1,y1;
- i punti x2,y2;
- le linee di geometry.
I punti sembrano dei gradi decimali, con la virgola come separatore dei
decimali, mentre la linea in WKT, quindi il separatore è il punto.

Sharing reference datasets as files in /usr does not sound like a good idea
when you already have a database. I strongly recommend using the database
for this, except for rasters. And yes, offline editing works with
database, except fpr rasters :)
