Batch files are simply windows command files (it's a text file with a .bat extension). OSGeo4w includes some of these files which are optimised for launching QGIS. Because you may have multiple versions of QGIS installed in parallel, each version of QGIS should have a launcher of this type in

[Qgis-user] Problem connecting to Postgres13

I am having problems connecting QGIS 3.16.2 to Postgres 13 and 12. It connects fine to Postgres v1 1. Any suggestions? I am running Windows 10 on PC. Version data here QGIS version 3.16.2-Hannover QGIS code revision f1660f9da5 Compiled

Grazie della risposta. In effetti ora la versione 3 funziona per un po, il che mi ha permesso di fare una modifica urgente ad un progetto, ma poi crasha di nuovo. Ho fatto un test sulla memoria , risultata a posto, e non ci sono altri programmi che crashano il che mi porta ad escludere problemi
