Hi there,
I am trying to download Qgis onto my Windows 10 PC so that I can export 16
bit grayscale .png files and import them into my PC Transport Fever 2.
When I click the download button the process starts but then later stops
before the download is complete.
Any suggestions as to a solution?

The AutoCAD .dwg format is proprietary, and to my knowledge Autodesk
does not release any public specifications

DWG files are proprietary and can have changes between versions. For this
reason, AutoCAD allows users to save there drawings to various versions
including.. 2018, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2004, 2000 and R14...
