There is a project packager plugin that works pretty well. It may not be exactly what you need but maybe the author could be approached for tips on the process. Get Outlook for Android From: QGIS-User on behalf of Tony Shepherd (FarmMaps

I suggest you will need to edit your form to include the new fields. The generic form view of the attribute table expands itself to include newly created fields, so it is possible, but I think that trick will be in QT Designer not is QGIS. Gordon Wakelin-King From: QGIS-User On Behalf Of B

I read the following in the manual “Depending on the format of the data and the GDAL library built with your QGIS version, some tools may not be available.” Is the attribute table you wish to edit reading from a CSV or similar? I would Save_as a shapefile or geopackage layer and work from that.

Right click on the layer in the menu and select Attribute table, then click the little pencil at top left of the table's toolbar. You can now edit on the attribute table manually or by expressions. Good luck Get Outlook for Android From:

Surely this is something that can be done easily with an SQL Select with Order-by, in one of the SQL variants that QGIS can use? I’m asking for my own benefit too. Having come from the MapInfo environment I would reach for an SQL Select to do this task, but I’m less familiar with SQL in QGIS.

Is it possible you drew the polygon as an Annotation object instead of an object in your vector layer? Easy enough to do, and they don’t appear in the layers menu. Gordon Wakelin-King From: QGIS-User On Behalf Of Jose Sanchez via QGIS-User Sent: Thursday, March 7, 2024 1:33 PM To: Adam Nie

I was in a similar position but from MapInfo. You will find that most if not all of your individual data files will open fine in QGIS. Opening whole projects and layouts is a different matter of course. You will probably find it easier, once you have practised on some simple datasets and become

There may be better ways to do this but if it was me I'd try exporting as two files split as simply as possible, then either (1) recombining in whatever application they are destined for, or (2) recombine them by manually editing the KML files in a big text editor like Ultraedit. -Original

[Qgis-user] Unwanted Canvas label

On the main map canvas I have an unwanted title at the top left that is not (I've checked) the "Title Label" from View>Decorations>Title Label. The text is a descriptor once relevant to the Project so I have previously entered it somewhere, somehow. I have checked all other the settings I can f
