the problem is, this type of script doesn´t work in QGIS 3, and I´m a newbie in
Python,
could someone translate that to the new method?
it´ll help me even begin to understand python 3

in the HTML, regardless the unit of
measurement,
the size of everything will change based on the DPI as well

Yes Bernd,
by shape I mean ESRI shape file,
what I forgot to say, is that at QGIS 2.18.23 it works perfectly
but I´ll give a try to those formats
