I am trying to compile Debian package from current trunk version of QGIS, revision 11737. All dependencies installed. Since now I didn't have any problems to compile. There was similar looking problem at the past, but according to Trac, it should be fixed - https://trac.osgeo.org/qgis/ticket/1271
