Hi all, after long search, i have to ask directly on this forum. I have a csf encoded in UTF-8 (because of Cyrillic) and i want to import it into qgis. Now i am playing with v 1.7 and 1.6 QGIS. Nothing helps, the stupid on-line arc explorer done it perfectly, but unfortunately don't support the export.
