[Qgis-user] Add non-spatial table data

Dear All, I have a data layer (shape format) and an attribute table (text file) I want to join in QGIS. How do I add the textile (only attributes, no coordinates) to my project? I have seen only the possibility to add text files with geographic information. Thank you Best regards Klaus
