I am trying to register to report a bug in v3 but although I have registered
on the QGIS Issue Tracking Page, I continually fail to get a conformation
email. Any thoughts on why or who I need to contact?

Hi Grant,
I have tried with a gmail account and got the confirmation email. Your
email provider might have marked the confirmation as a spam. Could you try
using another email account?

anyone can see, download, and use.. If you need to keep data confidential
