Great, Charles! I took the liberty to add the "Entire Font Awesome Free repo" to the directory of approved repositories for QGIS Resource Sharing. I installed the collection, and the QGIS Resource Sharing plugin reported that 1601 SVG files were recognised in the collection. The SVGs also showed
