I think have to install "advance installation" or "custom install" and
you have to click in check box for "latest" or "current" version. I
could not exactly remember the right words. Play around with options.
It will install the QGIS 1.4.

How do I obtain qgis1.4.0?
Went to the download page, clicked 1.4.0 Encaladus which downloads
OSGeo4W. Installed Qgis but when I run the program I've got 1.0.2 Kore.
What am I doing wrong?
