[Qgis-user] How to connect at italian Geoportale nazionale and download shape files

I have installed qgis 2.8.1 on PC with Vista Business picking up the istallation file from the site http://www.qgis.org/it/site/ some time ago. I want to download shape file from italian Geoportale nazionale using wfs services at the URL
