I've got 2 lines on the same layer (shp), end of first line and start of
second line are in the same point. So, tell me, is there possiblity to
join this two lines?

Hi Marcin,
This is currently not a standard QGIS feature. It is planned for a
future release (pending later this year, development by Marco
Hugentobler). Maybe fTools (http://www.ftools.ca/fTools.xml) or another
Plugin can do it at the current time.

If the two lines have a common attribute, you could use the 'singleparts
to multipart' function in fTools...
