I haven't tested myself (lack of arc* software), but I believe that if
you install the necessary packages
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/pkg-gdal-sde92
and the "required user supplied ESRI SDE libraries", then SDE should
show in the available database type connections in QGIS.
