Hi, you have to add the path of the /bin folder in your R installation in the "path" environment variable of Windows. Due to the afct that the rpy2 library (the "bridge" between python and R) for Windows is not updated you must use R <= 2.11 In the QGIS wiki you can find detailed instructions. Ch
