[Qgis-user] Missing menu items in 3.22

I'm on QGIS 3.22 from the qgis.org/ubuntu repo running on Linux Mint 20.2. I didn't take any special action to get on 3.22, I just clicked "Install Updates" in the update manager. My Vector menu does not have any items in it and I no longer have a Processing menu nor do I see an option to show the
