we solved this for one of our customers with the following steps:
* Installing U-Center on the windows computer:
https://www.u-blox.com/en/product/u-center
* in U-Center -> View -> Configuration view → NMEA (NMEA Protocol)
* change "Main Talker ID" to "1 – GP(GPS)"
* click on
