You need to change it according to your GeoWebCache installation.

capabilities document"

Hi,
here is working fine and fast (stable GeoServer,GeoWebcache,trunk QGis and
GeoServer sample data).
I use this for the server url:
http://192.168.1.237:8080/geowebcache/service/wms?tiled=true
