Please disregard. I just discovered the report was actually created as a
layout, which is why there was no Report menu. Sorry for the noise.

I'm creating a report in 3.4 and have closed the Report Organizer panel.
I've realized I need to add a new section but I can't figure out how to
re-open the panel. I've looked through all the menus and there doesn't seem
to be an option. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help.
