I've just installed QGIS Desktop 2.14.9 in a Windows 10 64x. In the moment
i start the program it shows the next message

The error problably stems from a double loading of the supposedly same
dll. Anyway, the error has been reported on the QGIS bug list. If you
just dismiss the error message QGIS continues its start sequence
